I believe that we were ALL born to move and I have made it my mission to help restore proper function to the body, with the aim of helping the world rediscover the joy of movement and the physical, mental and emotional benefits physical literacy brings.

My wife lovingly refers to me as “Paul-or-nothing” and this approach to life has brought me my fair share of physical injuries and trauma – all of which have served as excellent lessons in my own movement journey.

I educate my clients on how to identify, develop and maintain optimal movement strategies for their specific needs and mechanics – be that a 2x bodyweight back squat or navigating stairs without fear and pain.

With over 10 years experience and 12+ further education courses under my belt I am always learning, refining and sharing my knowledge and process – it’s always an adventure!
